How long will Permanent Makeup last?

Permanent Makeup can last for many years but this is dependent on several factors including skin type, sun exposure and lifestyle. Kimberly recommends a colour refresher treatment every 5 years to maintain perfect results.

Is Permanent Makeup safe?

Absolutely yes! All pigments are made of natural minerals that are specifically selected for their safe, non-toxic and hypo allergenic properties. They are trusted by technicians and cosmetic surgeons throughout the world. Ophthalmologists actually recommend eye procedures for women sensitive to conventional cosmetics.

Does Permanent Makeup hurt?

The procedure is performed with your comfort in mind. For this reason, Kimberly applies anesthetic freezing to the area prior to treatment to minimize discomfort.

What if I don’t like the result?

Because she takes so much trouble with this initial personal consultation, no client has ever been unhappy with the end result. Is Permanent Makeup expensive?

Rest assured the equipment used at Glow Day Spa is the latest and most technologically advanced. Like medical equipment, permanent cosmetic equipment is safe by design against cross contamination. Fully disposable ‘single use only’ applicator cartridges are used, for your complete safety and peace of mind. All equipment selected and used by Kimberly Crook is fully inspected by the Health and Safety Board and complies with all Health and Safety requirements in Canada. Current Health & Safety Certificate is displayed in the spa at all times.

EYELASH EXTENSIONS

How long will Eyelash Extensions last?

Glow Day Spa Eyelash Extensions will last 2 to 3 weeks but can be easily maintained on an ongoing basis by getting touchups to fill int he gaps from eyelashes that have naturally fallen off. Personal habits & lifestyle like frequent hot tubs and saunas will reduce the life cycle of the Eyelash Extensions due to the humid heat from this activity.
