Filler | $350 - 1/2 syringe

The facial filler treatment helps to “fill out” and smooth away lines or wrinkles. It can also be used to improve the appearance of acne scars and enhance the lip size and shape. Results are immediate with minimal recovery time. Restylane is the most frequently chosen injectable filler for the lips designed to restore, enhance and refresh your skin’s youthful-looking appearance. Restylane is derived from a natural substance which is found throughout the human body. Since it is so similar to your own tissue, there is no need for a sensitivity test.

Minimally invasive, nonsurgical facial rejuvenation treatments are an effective way to reverse the signs of aging and take years off of your appearance. RN, Lyndsay Popley will carefully walk you through all the options to achieve long-lasting, youthful-looking results.

Filler | $550 - full syringe

A full syringe of facial filler treatment helps to improve lip enhancements and volume. It can also be used to improve the appearance of cheek accentuation, chin augmentation, cheek pad fill and more. Results are immediate with minimal recovery time. The Restylane range utilizes two technologies to stabilize hyaluronic acid into a gel form. When injected, it adds volume to smooth wrinkles and enhance facial balance where needed. No other long term instant filler can provide these same effects while retaining a comparable level of soft and natural feeling.

Second Application

Refresh your look with a follow-up treatment, as determined by RN, Lyndsay Popley - which can help refresh the immediate results of your initial treatment. After 12-16 weeks of the 1st application, a 2nd application can be done for Botox. Changes can be made to go bigger or increase the area to personal preference after the 1st application has healed. Dermal Fillers 2nd application can be done 3 weeks of the 1st application. All applications are charged the same accordingly to number of units or how many syringes are used for facial fillers.

Frequently Asked Questions

When Will I See Results?

You should start to see / feel results in 4-7 days. Some people are faster than others and some take up to two weeks for final results to settle in.

Why does my head hurt?

Headaches happen after about 10% of injections and are completely normal. If you are not bruising, we recommend taking 500mg of Tylenol and 200mg ibuprofen; you can also try caffeine.

Am I going to bruise?

Bruising is uncommon with Botox injections. If you do think you are getting a bruise, avoid caffeine, ibuprofen and alcohol — these can make it worse! Try icing the area or taking an Arnika pill to heal faster.

Why do I have small bumps on my skin?

Little bumps are completely normal and should resolve within 30 mins of injection. Occasionally, a bump can last a day or two, often the result of a bruise. Try icing the area.

Think you need a touch up?

While we do recommend waiting two weeks for final results, if you do feel like you need a follow up let us know!

Why do I feel so bubbly?

You may be experiencing the *champagne effect*! Botox has shown to make people feel a bit bubbly and more confident.

What if I don’t like the result?

Lyndsay takes great care to discuss treatments she knows will enhance your face or body the way you want it to. Because she takes time with this initial personal consultation, no client has ever been unhappy with the end result. Such care may not be universal in the industry, however, and numerous new clients have come to Lyndsay asking her to correct or improve Botox & Fillers treatments done elsewhere. Lyndsay also encourages new clients to go soft and natural 1st visit and make additional changes later if they desire.

Is Botox & Fillers expensive?

Compared with many other cosmetic enhancements, Botox & Fillers gives instant satisfaction but comes with a price. The cost of Botox or Filler varies, based on a few factors. The most important pricing variable is whether the procedure is priced based on the treatment area or by units used. At Glow Day Spa we charge by the number of units used and this is documented in the MDR prepared by RN, Lyndsay Popley during consultation so you understand the cost before starting the procedure.

Health & Safety standards?

Rest assured the equipment used at Glow Day Spa is the latest and most technologically advanced. Like medical equipment, Botox & Fillers equipment is safe by design against cross contamination. Fully disposable ‘single use only’ syringes are used, for your complete safety and peace of mind. All equipment selected and used by RN, Lyndsay Popley is fully inspected by the Health and Safety Board and complies with all Health and Safety requirements in Canada.
