All Clients Etiquette
Tardiness could result in a reduction of actual spa services, though you will be charged for a full service price. A minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice for all spa services is proper etiquette. Permanent Makeup appointments require a minimum of 72 hours cancellation notice for a return of $100 deposit.
